On May 28, 2026, on the basis of the National Center for Child Rehabilitation NJSC, the grand opening of the International Scientific and Practical Conference “Interdisciplinary Dialogue in Child Rehabilitation” took place, organized by the Association of Rehabilitation Centers “ONALTU” together with the National Center for Child Rehabilitation and the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The conference brought together leading experts, scientists, doctors and practitioners in the field of child rehabilitation from Kazakhstan and foreign countries, becoming a significant professional platform to exchange experiences, discuss current issues in the industry and strengthen international cooperation.
During the event, participants reviewed modern approaches to organizing comprehensive rehabilitation care for children, innovative methods of diagnosis and recovery, issues of interdisciplinary interaction between specialists, as well as prospects for the development of rehabilitation services. Particular attention was paid to the introduction of advanced technologies and evidence-based practices aimed at improving the quality of life of children with special needs.
The conference was an important step in the development of the professional community of specialists in the field of rehabilitation and confirmed the importance of combining the efforts of the state, medical organizations, the scientific community and public associations to improve the system of rehabilitation care for children.
